I ran across your name that you had a tricuspid valve repair. I want to hear more about it. Did you have a choice of having OHS or repairing it via transcatheter? My tricuspid valve is severe and I'm waiting to hear what my next step will be. Thanks ahead of time for getting back to me.

Kimberly Eisenhut Hello Carol, I have not met anyone yet with Tricuspid regurgitation like me. I have been in wait and watch mode for that as well as my aortic anuerysm. My Tricuspid is now moderate to severe and my aorta is 4.1. I am always looking to connect with someone like myself and am so grateful to have seen this post. Although I have not had surgery yet, I am always wondering how I will make out, since my cardiac specialist, Dr. Rigolin of Northwestern in Chicago, says all of the Tricuspid surgeries are still considered experimental, so they wait until you are having symptoms and have swelling ? I am on 2 different blood pressure meds, Lisinopril and Amlodipine Besylate as well as prevastatin to keep my cholesterol down, as I am told it can spike up. I would really love to connect with you and possibly Brian as well to help and support each other.Thank you for posting and hope to talk soon
