As far as I know I am still a few years out from Aortic valve/root replacement. That said, I would like to remain as active as possible to be in my best physical shape when the time comes. Any information out there about sports (racquetball) and my limitations?
This is a great site. I can see this being an incredible resource for me as time goes on. I was really feeling down until I began reading of other's experiences.
