hi Ihn i just asked my doctor cardiologist about my after care and his staff took care of my going to a rehab hospital and after a visiting nurse and therapist it was all taken care of by my cardiologist and surgion because i live alone i would just mention to your cardiologist about your concerns and they should take care of it for you

Terrie Syvertsen Hello Ihn! It is hard sometimes to navigate the site when just beginning your Heart Journey. When I wrote on June 29th. I wanted to encourage you to write a little about yourself in the "Story" section you will see at the top of your page when you sign in. I see you are from Sacramento and I live 30 to 40 minutes away from South Sacramento and wanted to welcome you to the site and have you get your story out letting us know a little about
what you know about your Heart situation so that others will read and be
able to send you some support and information to your guest book or let you know of their own experiences. I had aortic stenosis and my aortic
valve replaced last Aug. 20th and I am almost at the year anniversary of that surgery, doing fine. I hope you get any information and encouragement you will need on this site as there are many wonderful people here who are here for you too! Take care and be well!
