kathleen savoy  Barbara I am doing great. Surgery was on March 9th over a month ago. Doing most activities but think I do to much at times as chest can really hurt.

kathleen savoy  Hello Linda it is nice to meet you. I agree, it is good to have company just sad that we have to do this! I wonder if the inflammation from RA has contributed to aortic stenosis? I cannot find any information about RA and aortic stenosis.
I have osteoarthritis as well.

Linda Crawford  Good morning, I've been wondering that myself. The information I can find generally says there is no proven connection. I wonder if it has ever really been studied. There was one site that seemed to imply that they thought it was a possibility. My RA has been responsible for a number of "unexplained" events so I have become rather suspicious of any new "symptoms". The least injury can cause a major attack on the nearby tendons--painful inflammation to the point of nerve injury. And I am already on Coumedin due to random blood clots. That being said, my osteoarthritis is mostly in my fingers and feet for now so I guess that is the lesser of the problems. I hope you are feeling better today and were able to get some answers.
