Hi Larry! I earned my On-X valve about 2 years ago. I thought I was just getting old (42 then!) and now I feel like I think I should. I don't need naps any more, I can chase the chickens around the yard, and best of all, I can hear my valve tick tick ticking away. It's comforting! Other than the second chance oat a productive life, you know what the best part of heart surgery is? I count it as my second birthday, so I get cake & ice cream TWICE a year. Clare Auten I got my On-X valve a few months before Meredith. Mine is 26 months old. Ticking along just fine.

Larry Latimer Thanks for the On-X success story. Looking forward to hearing from you as you continue to move forward. Hopefully my journey will begin on April 6th and also be counted among the success stories. Great doctor, great hospital, and great heart valve.
