Patrick-It is good that you are ready to go tomorrow snow and all! Also that you aren't overly anxious about it as I think you will find as many of us have, that it seems you just enter into the surgical area and you are waking up from your surgery! I had severe aortic stenosis which came on rather quickly, with no knowledge of anything wrong. Finding Dr. Speir was a lifesafer in every sense of the word. His PA Pam is also tops. I had surgery at Fairfax on July 14th and am doing great. Lucky you for finding them, and for getting back home in time for surgery and recovery. I'm wishing you the very best. Eleanor

Patrick Schweitzer I've run into more people who know Dr Speir and have nothing but good things to say about him. I know I am in good hands. I had. My cath done at Inova Fairfax Heart Center and will have the surgery there as well. It was a super facility and it's across the street from my office. We also got the news this week that Inova is buy our campus. I am glad that the property is going to a good cause rather than the government security guys like the FBI or DHS.
