Richard Munson I have one 4.1 cm that they tell me not to worry about. Easy for them to say. How big is yours?

Kimberly Eisenhut Richard, they won't touch it until it's at least 4.8 or higher, so guess we just have to have faith and don't do any heavy lifting, which I am stubborn about myself. Brought up my super heavy tree a couple weeks ago from basement and sometimes forget I am not supposed to do that. I just hate asking for help! Mine is 4.1 also and has been for years. I've been getting better at asking my 17 year old son to do the heavy stuff for me. Happy, Healthy Holidays to everyone

Kimberly Eisenhut Richard, my Dr. told me to keep it under 20 lbs for me. I think it depends on the individual also. Like I said, I am stubborn though and very often am lifting more than that, like when I try to get ALL the bags of groceries in one trip into the house, LOL! Just habit I need to stop and take my time. Or when I lifted my 10 foot heavy duty ladder to put up my lights outside. My son offers, but sometimes I just want to do things myself like I always have.
