Michael Kluse  Surgery was not minimally invasive. I had a world class surgeon in Dr. William Morris Brown and world class care at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. To all looking at going through aortic  valve replacement and similar open heart surgeries know that there are many reasons to be positive and hopeful. Don’t get depressed or down. Look forward to a  new beginning and a life of new energy. You have a lot to say about the outcome.  Trust your doctor and care teams.


I appreciate everyone’s positive comments. I have a lot of recovery ahead but am so very positive about the future. Looking forward to getting back to a normal routine with renewed energy. 

I’m glad to share specifics of my experience with anyone who reaches out. I find this Blog to be a great source of inspiration and assurance. I’m hoping to add value any way I can.
