The thumb belongs to me. So does the carrot cake cheesecake. DH got the black-out cake in pic. He got more whipped cream than me. Not fair;)

What a great story - sounds like you are a real research project that was rewarded with some great looking Cheesecake! We share a surgery date and i look forward to hearing more from you after tomorrow. Good luck and may there be many more cheesecakes in your future.
