Anne Walpole So cool that you did a 3-Mile walk only 2 months after your surgery!! I used to be a long distance runner, but I had to stop running because of my aortic stenosis. One of the things I am most looking forward to after surgery (later this year) is being able to do some running and biking again. It's great to see role models like you!

The first couple of months they politely urged me to get better so we could go back to our walks. It worked! Continued success in your recovery and a shout out to sis. You are my kind of people.
