Born with a bi-cuspid aortic valve that has been watched yearly. Developed an ascending aortic aneurysm over 5 years ago. Continued to get yearly measurements.
Valve went from moderate stenosis to severe within 7 months. I will be receiving a tissue valve and a Dacron graft.
