About Me (In My Own Words)
43 year old male. I have being seeing my cardiologist for Congestive Heart Failure due to high blood pressure when in January after giving me a good report told me I have a bicuspid valve that we need to watch for deterioration. On July 22nd, he told me it had deteriorated a little more rapidly than he expected and now I needed to have it replaced. I spoke with a surgeon here in Columbia, but feel like I want to have the best guy available take care of this issue, so Duke University, here I come.
