Went on two walks outside by myself, totaling 3 miles . More energy noted, drive to my blood work appointment yesterday, drove alone fir first time. Tomorrow, walking down by the Potomac river at River Creek. Hope to drive my 6 speed on Monday !

Hopefully the cardiologist will give me a great green light tomorrow. Nephrologist on 3/27 , thoracic Surgeon 4/4, and I know I will be vmclise to 100%. Everyone waiting for this type of surgery, you guys will be fine. Have a positive outlook. I feel so much better.

Getting every day. PVC's are at 10-15 per min , irregular heart rhythm still comes and goes. Blood pressure is great at 112/72, heart rate at 70. On treadmill for 3 30 minutes sessions, at 3.0 mph. Been out for early dinners. Have to sit in back seat for another 2 weeks. To think that 2/9 I was going through a tough surgery. Looking forward to the next week.

Arif Butt That's a good idea Barbara , I'm enjoying getting chauffeured by my wife for a few more weeks. See my cardiologist tomorrow, return the Heart halter back to the lab. Blood pressure is getting better 106/66, heart rate 66 .
