I have a question about weight gain prior to surgery. I began to notice my weight creeping up approx 4-6 mo prior to my diagnosis and it kept on going. I did have 15# fluid while in the hospital and this is now gone. Any tricks to get the rest of the weight off? I know healthy eating and exercise/ completion of cardiac rehab.
