Susan Lynn Mohshin - Welcome! Mild regurgitation of a mitral valve and an ejection fraction of 60 (if I've translated that correctly) are both good. You might not need surgery unless it gets worse. But, a heart rate of 110+ is not so great. You want your cardiologist to get at the source of your tachycardia so it can be treated. It may be controlled with medication. Please keep us posted!
