I am now two weeks and two days post OHS, aortic valve replacement and septal myectomy. I experienced AFIB three days after the surgery, but fortunately it resolved with medications after three days. I am home recovering, and am truly amazed at how I am doing. I get tired easily, but I realize that it's important to listen to my body and rest when needed. I am grateful for the info I have gathered from people who have experienced what I have. I am also grateful for the medical professionals who truly give of the, selves to help us. All the best to those having surgery soon. You CAN do it!
