Discharged from my surgeon and doing 6 month check ups with my cardiologist and have completed cardiac rehab... feeling great and extrememly grateful!

Thank God they repaired your aneurysm before full dissection. I had one about the same size and had a graft done with a mechanical aortic valve in 2014. Haven't had any problems while exercising etc. You ought to be good to go now, the sky is the limit. :-) God... Read more.

I know what you mean especially about the shampoo, I couldn't wait to have a proper long warm shower+hair wash+hot home cooked meal+fresh air/sunshine+sleep in my comfy bed! Are those removable metal wires or stiches? Take care, Emily.
