I am schedule Friday may 29, 2015 .. Tommorrow for aortic valve replacement . I was fortunate to come across this sight . You have given me information that I never new . I am getting very anxious today . All the stories that I have read are inspiring and helpful. I will be Posting my post op and hopefully some information for others

Wendy Brown Well it's been almost 3 weeks post op. I spent 1 day in ICU. Then went home 5 days later . I had so much upper back pain. That has been really hard . No sleep or getting comfortable . I have been trying to walk as much I as can. Things are going well. I hope to get into cardio rehab in a few weeks and keep on moving. Very sore and uncomfortable .
