Hi Barbara. I live in Northamptonshire (near Kettering). I think I had contact with you before my surgery. Did you say that your daughter lives in Northampton? I'm afraid I don't know how to respond directly to your comment on Jacky's post - I'm fairly IT savvy but it's foxed me! Hope you don't have to wait too long for your surgery. The sooner you have it done you can start getting better.
