HI, Bill. I am 67 years aold. I, too, had aortic stenos. The aortic valve was shot! The end of March 2018 I had a triple bypass and aortic valve replacement with a bovine valve. My surgery was completed at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ and cardiac rehab where I live in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Since surgery I am back into my daily routine of weights, toning and cardio daily at the gym. I have also completed four 5k events since surgery (prior to surgery, I had done a number of 5k's, half marathons, and thirty mile relays. I continue my daily physical activity, monitoring my diet and FEEL GREAT!
