James Waller Same to you. I read your journal and see you exercise regularly. I've been a "gym rat" for 50 years (you couldn't tell that by looking at me! ). I think that those who exercise regularly might be more in tune with their bodies than sedentary people and recognize when something isn't right. l knew I had aortic stenosis for a long time but no symptoms. Just from how I felt working out I knew over the last year, especially the last 3 months, that things were worsening quickly. Not looking foward to the procedure but looking forward to getting better if that makes sense.

Eddie Patton With you, I am a gym rat too. Trust me it will serve you well. Get ready to walk, they preach it and they are right. The more you walk the quicker you will start to feel normal and the quicker you will recover. Being in good shape is a real shortcut to recovery.
