Hi Nikhil. Regarding your post on discharge from your incision site--consider and/or ask your Dr. if this could be due to sutures that were not completely dissolved. This happened to me ~2 months after surgery. I felt a bit of (clear) fluid coming from my incision (which had closed completely). A couple small areas (3-5mm) had opened. I ended up pressing on each side of the openings and several small pieces of suture (2-4mm) popped out. I did this with advice and OK from my surgeon. Once these pieces came out the openings healed. Starting a couple weeks before the incision opened, I occasionally felt little pin-prick-like sensations, as the sutures were working their way out. Obviously if discharge is not clear or there is obvious pain (e.g., w/ sternum), keep talking to your Dr.
