Thanks Pino for the detailed input on endocarditis. Yes I use both Listerine and Act Mouthwash. The Listerine COOL MINT is the most effective, it' s an antiseptic which helps with gum disease, and gingivitis. The ACT which is an anti cavity fluoride helps prevent cavities and bad breath. When you use Listerine swish for 30 seconds and during rinsing gargle and spit the solution. Secondly, rinse with ACT Mouthwash for 1 minute and spit the solution (you can buy it at Target the best brand is this one: ACT Mouthwash TOTAL Care. Before the Listerine and Act Mouthwash brush your teeth and floss. Make sure you don't drink or eat anything for 30 minutes. This was HIGHLY recommended by Dentist and make sure you throw away your toothbrush every 3 months. Hope this helps.
