Enrique K Hey Mark, you look great. My recovery has been outstanding as well with no complications. I had also a tissue valve and this was the best decision I could have made for my lifestyle. Mine was minimal invasive. Stay well and keep on recovering.

Day 3 post op for AVR. First 2 days were extremely tough. I feel great today and started walking regimine. Just found out I need to stay an extra day or 2 due to small bout of A-Fib. Sad about that but very excited about the future.

Mark Caswell Debbie. I went with tissue valve. With technology I don't think I will need to have chest cut again. At least that is my hope. I am still relatively active and didn't want to be on coumadin the rest of my life. Just felt tissue valve benefits were better for me. Good luck with your decision and procedure.
