Ron Gifford Well, it's been 6 months since my surgery -- recovery is going very well. My daughter bought me this shirt for my spin bike workouts at home (it's a heart pumping iron, in case the photo's not very clear). Just received my second vaccine shot, and looking forward to getting back to in-person workouts at my local gym. I continue to appreciate all the good information that Adam and the community provide. And Adam: how about those Wolverines, eh? Go Blue!
