About Me (In My Own Words)
I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve as shown in my echocardiogram done in January 2022. With severe calcification too. Since then I have had series of test, etc. My cardiologist referred me to Dr. S. Patel, an interventionist and Dr. Lam, a cardiothoracic surgeon. This heart team decided that I need to have a TAVR and that is scheduled on 5/26/22. Praying for a seamless and successful procedure.
