Hi everyone, happy to announce the aortic valve replacement surgery is done in Hopital de la Tour in Geneva switzerland via minimal invasive techniques.
Anaesthesia was rough (10hrs)...
The surgeon said my surgery should have been performed at least 3 to 4 years ago..once he saw the state of the valve so heads up to all those who are in waiting mode.
Was walking after 48h !
Struggling a bit with the resting heart rate with is high , so under some meds to keep that under control and going home tomorrow after 8 days in total in hospital!
