Hi MASS. Buddie (I was born in Cambridge). Cheering you on from Calif. Had Aortic valve replacement Nov 1 at age 73. My story was very much like yours. Years of "watching". Now enjoying grandchildren at Christmas with new valve. Sending prayers from the west coast that all goes well and you recover comfortably. You got this with people Coast to Coast cheering you on.

Bob Guzzo Thanks for your prayers Bob. God is in control. I'm not sure if I'll need a bypass since I'm having my heart catherization on the 26th. I had 2 stents
placed a few years ago. Hopefully, they're still in good shape.

Hi MASS buddy. Was born in Cambridge and came to CA in 1947. My prayers are with you for a successful surgery and comfortable recovery. Don't know how much you do for your family, but after a few months recovery you will be helping them again. Just don't rush it and let them all know you need time to heal and get your strength back. All the best to you. And new life is a great Christmas present!

You've had an incredibly successful diet, you've gotten buff, and you're getting the ol' ticker fixed. God's in your corner, Buddy. We'll stay in touch all through this.
