I will look forward to hearing from Beth that all is well. Give her a hug for me as I know this is all quite difficult for her too. May God carry you this day while your Dr's work away!

Rose Hill I don't know if this will help but when I had mine this was what carried me through ....... the Lord carries us when we can't do for ourselves and this is certainly a time we need help so let yourself be wrapped in his healing arms and all will be well with the world

Hey ya Tom... I enjoyed reading your story. I just wanted to wish you the best of luck on Tuesday. In my opinion you've got it tougher to some degree than the rest of us given your extensive knowledge in this field. Most of us probably don't have a true grasp of the risks, which, takes the edge off the worry. On the other hand it sounds like you know all too well the potential for risks and complications. Best of luck to you fellow heart patient.

Tom,I had the same diagnosis, a bicuspid aortic valve which became 90% closed.My father had to have his replaced at about th e same age as i did.He did very well for many years just like we will as well. I chose the on× valve. My prayers will be with you and your family .
