Bob Fotoples Hey Bob:
I was at U of M Cardiovascular center today, and my surgeons looked at the CT scan and the Echogram, and they think (despite written reports from both techs that there was a tricuspid Aortic valve) that the valve is BICUSPID, which leaves me out of the clinical trial. I'm headed back tomorrow for a heart cath, and a pulmonary exercise. My twin brother, who had surgery last December, is having his surgeon's report sent to my doc at U of M, and if it said they took a calcified Tricuspid valve out of my twin, chances are I have a tricuspid valve, too. Keeping my fingers crossed....
Congrats Bob.
