Neil Collins If you look back on my profile you can see the path that led me to decide tissue. It came down to a couple of factors. My career as a pilot is somewhat complicated by the requirements for blood thinners, the potential for noise of the valve, the advancements in TAVR replacement and the hope that this one will last at least ten years. So far no regrets but I stand by my commitment that if it fails within ten years and can't be replaced by Trans catheter I'll go mechanical.....
