Juergen Li Keith - great recovery and come back. I wish you many more adventures. I am a mountain biker as well and also had to take a 8 week hiatus (I cheated, started road biking after 6 weeks - but that does not count). You are a great example and encouragement for all that are facing a similar procedure - I bet your performance today is on par if not better compared to before surgery. Also based on my own experience I am still amazed that such a surgery can lead to such great results.

Pat Bluemel Ha! I think I have a few of those pictures. The hospital sent me home with water pills and the little buggers got so upset every time I got up to use the bathroom. Wait till the first time one accidentally steps or jumps on your incision, it's a delight! Happy healing.
